Not just one tyrant alone has stood against us to destroy us

עומדים עלינו לכלותינו

Ela sheb'khol dor vador
Omdin aleynu l'khaloteynu

But in every generation they have stood against us to destroy us

והקדוש ברוך הוא
מצילנו מידם

V'ha-kadosh barukh hu
