In Passover we celebrate that we (the Jews)left Egypt. During Passover we (the Jews) didn’t have the time to cook bread/yeast because we had to keep walking and not sit here waiting for the bread to rise. So, every Passover we don’t eat bread/yeast to remember the Jews. Passover is called Passover because god passed over the Jews in the 10th  plague and killed the first son of the egyptions.
