We eat bitter herbs!
(Everyone take a portion of bitter herbs on a piece of matzah, and dip it in the sweet Charoset)
All:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל אֲכִילַת מָרוֹר
Baruch atah Adonai elohaynu belech ha-olam, asher kidshanu bemitsvotav vetsivanu al achilat maror.
Blessed art thou, Oh Lord our God, King of the universe, who sanctifies us with his commandments and commands us to eat bitter herbs on Pesach.
