Charoset: Sweet
We now eat the a sandwich of charoset and matzah as a symbol of the bricks and mortar used to rebuild the jewish communities in canaan, and the construction of the 2nd temple.
We also commemorate the materials used while the Jews were forced to build one of the wonders of the world. For the stone, our only lover, and the pick axe, our only friend, brings us through these perilous times.
On this day we look to Wilson, a lone volley ball who too helped the needy through perilous times!
